How to Create a Scheduled E-Mail

RecPro has the option to schedule an e-mail so that it sends at any given date and time in the future.  This is available ONLY if you have a server email account set up.  (See this article for those instructions).  Within the e-mail compose window simply change the 'Send on Date' field to the needed date and time.  Since the server account sends these types of emails the FROM: address will be that of the server account.

Once sent, you can view the scheduled email under the E-Mail History report.
