Viewing E-Mail History
You can view the history of all emails originating from ReCPro under 'Setup' -> 'E-Mail' -> 'E-Mail History'.
1. Created Date From - First date used in grid filter
2. Created Date Thru - Last date used in grid filter.
3. Created By - Staff member who created email. Leave blank to display ALL users.
4. Sent to Email - Fitter by the 'Sent Address'. Leave blank for all.
5. Sent From Email - Filter by the originating email address Leave blank for all.
6. Status - Current state of email.
- Sent - Successfully sent to email server for delivery.
- Pending - Sent to email server queue and waiting to be picked up.
- Error - Rejected by email server. Emails with this status have not been sent and will not re-attempt.
7. Refresh - Refreshes grid after an adjustment to the filter.
8. Created Date - Date when email was created in RecPro.
9. Created By - Name of RecPro account used to create e-mail. (Staff login)
10. Subject - Email subject line.
11. Status - See definition above.
12. Sent Date - Date and time email was sent by email server.
13. Sent From - Sent from address.
14. Scheduled - Date and time email was scheduled to be sent to email server.
15. Print Grid - Opens print preview window. Can also be used to export the grid.
16. View Message - Displays whichever email is highlighted in the grid.
17. View Attachment - When pressed while an email attachment file name is highlighted in the grid a preview of this attachment will open.
Note: This report shows the last 7 days of history by default. You can increase this up to 30 days under 'Setup' -> 'System Defaults' -> 'Default Setup' -> 'Receipts / E-Mail'. E-mail is purged from the database after this time and can not be retrieved afterwards.
