How to Enter a Partial Refund

RecPro gives you the ability to perform a partial refund through the Shopping Cart module.

1.  Open the customer account under 'Shopping Cart' -> 'Shopping Cart'.

2.  Press 'Refunds' from the shopping cart side bar.

3.  Select the original payment you will be performing a refund on.  Press 'OK'.

4.  Change the 'Price' column to the amount being refunded.  Simply click the dollar amount in this field and type over the current value.

5.  Press 'Checkout'.
