How to Create an Online Facility Calendar

In version 1.38.0 we added the ability to link a web page to a specific facility calendar.  

1.  Log into your website's site admin control panel.

2.  Go to 'Site Content' and create a new content block.

3. When creating the block, choose 'Facility Calendar' as the page type.  You can then fine tune which facilities will display on this calendar using the 'Linked' drop down menus seen below.

4.  You can also dictate which type of events show up on this calendar.

4.  Once you have the new calendar content block created, you will need to add it to either your top or side menu.

5.  When opening the new calendar page you'll find that the facility filter will be automatically set based on the criteria you previously entered.  You can also use the URL of this page for marketing materials or a way for customers to have quick access to this page.  

6.  You can also use the unique web URL for this calendar to create QR codes that will bring someone directly to this page.  You will need to install a QR code application on your smartphone or use a free website such as https://www.qr-code-generator.com/ to create this graphic.

For example, when going to https://www.qr-code-generator.com/ you'll simply enter your URL into the 'text' section of the built-in tool.
