How to Manually Enter a Credit Card without a Card Machine

If you do not have access to a credit card machine, you can still manually enter credit card transactions into RecPro.  Please note that this method is not PCI compliant.  

1. Go to 'Setup' -> 'Device Manager' -> 'Credit Card Reader' and select 'Non-Encrypted'

2. Open the shopping cart module and begin a sale.

3. During checkout choose 'Credit Card 1' as your form of payment and press 'Process card'.

4. Manually enter the credit card number, expiration date, and CVV code.  Press 'Authorize' to then charge the card.

5.  You should receive a message indicating that the sale went through successfully.  Press 'OK'.

6. Complete your checkout.
