RecPro Desktop Maintenance Release 1.38.0
ReCPro Feature Enhancement
General
1.38.0
- Added a new option with the Users and Groups program so that each user can be set to whether or not they are allowed to edit calendar items. Users without this option selected will not be able to create or edit calendar events by doing a right click from the Facility Calendar program.
- Added a new option in the Defaults Setup program under the ‘Facility/Room’ tab to have the option of displaying league team names on the calendar. If this is selected, and league scheduling module has been activated, when the calendar displays a scheduled league game or practice it will now show the names of the two teams playing at that location and time also.
- Added a new option in the Defaults Setup program under the ‘General’ tab page to select the number of default prior months that you would like Customer Activity History and Payment History to show for in the Shopping Cart and in the Customers program. These had been coded to default 12 months back, but the user will now be able to select the time frame they prefer. You will also be able to quickly change this while in the Shopping cart or Customers programs to override the default and look at a different period of time.
- Removed the Remote Assistance option from the Help Menu. To receive remote assistance, you can now use the ReCPro Support option in the Help Menu which goes to our support page and uses whichever desktop support tool that ReCPro is currently using.
- Added a warning message when doing a refund if the current site the user is working under is not the same site that the receipt was for.

ReCPro Defects That Have Been Fixed
Shopping Cart Module
1.38.0
- Fixed a problem during Shopping Cart checkout where the ‘Paid By’ field was limiting entry to 20 characters instead of the 50 characters that it was set up to allow.
- Changed the main grid for items being purchased in the Shopping Cart program so the Due Date field can’t be left blank and doesn’t trigger an error if a very old date is entered.
- Capped the length of the Notes field when entering a Check Request to 250 characters, which matches the defined size in the database. This prevents the program from crashing if a longer note was entered.
Customer Module
1.38.0
- Corrected an error that was allowing a primary family member to be set inactive, which left the family with no active primary member.
Courses Module
1.38.0
- Corrected an error in the Courses entry program so the program will no longer crash if more than 1,000 characters are entered in the Registration Reminder field.
- Fixed a problem in the Courses entry program so that an error message is no longer triggered after changing the course number, saving the record, and then navigating to another tab page.
Facilities Module
1.38.0
- Fixed a problem when editing facility rentals so that the final date cannot be deleted from a location. This would cause an error. If there are no dates desired for the location, then the location itself should be deleted.
- Corrected an issue when creating a facility rental so that the button to ‘Clear Dates and Times’ is now disabled when the room or package is set up to have slotted times. This should just be changed now by selecting a different time.
Reports
1.38.0
- Fixed an error in the Customer Demographic Report that would crash the program if the user entered a decimal in the Age filter field and then tried to do a mass email.
- Corrected a problem with the enrollment count numbers in the Course Roster and Course Attendance Sheet reports for courses that were set up as either type ‘drop-in’ or ‘both’. In these cases, the report was not skipping the counts for dates of the course that were marked to be omitted.
- Fixed problems with the filters for days, months, visits, and expire date range in the Expiring Memberships report. Under some conditions these filters were not excluding cancelled memberships, past expiration dates, or visit passes with zero passes left.
- Corrected the G/L Export report so that when the Format = Default and File Type = CSV, special characters such as commas will be put within quote marks so the spacing of the CSV file is not thrown off.
