How to move a Credit Card Payment

If you are required to move a credit card payment from one account to another you can do so by following these instructions.

1. Copy down credit card payment details (Last four of card, transaction ID, and auth code). This is found in the payment history under 'Pay Method'

2. VOID the current transaction. When the credit card authorization screen comes up, press 'Cancel' so that you dont' refund the credit card on the gateway end.

3. Go into the correct account and re-purchase the same item. Check out and choose 'Credit Card' as your form of payment.

4. Manually enter the payment details from step 1. You will want to change the receipt date to match the date of the original purchase as well.

5. Skip the 'Process Card' step since the payment already went through on the gateway end.

6. Once all data has been entered, press any of the receipt buttons to complete the transaction.
