General

- Added a new program in the “System Documents” Menu within the Setup Menu for Reservation Sign Notes. This program will allow the user to create standard notes that can be assigned to various facility rooms. These notes will print on the Reservation Signs.
- Added an inactive filter to the following setup programs, so only active records will show in the grid by default: Course Categories, Course Expense Types, Course Registration Options, Child Care Sessions, Child Care Categories, Facility and Room Categories, Rental Terms and Conditions, Brochure Templates, Instructor Confirmation Letters, Document Types, General Ledger Accounts, Sites, Sales Receipt Notes, and Rules and Regulations.
Shopping Cart Module

- Created a new Payment History grid program on the Shopping Cart Menu. This program will show all payments from sales receipts and help reconcile credit card and ACH payments with the payment processors.
Courses Module

- Improved the speed in various areas of the system that would calculate the current enrollment and wait list count for courses. This includes the course lookup, wherever it is used.
Facilities Module

- Added a new field in the Facilities program to the ‘Room Rental Options’ popup on the ‘Rooms’ tab page for a ‘Reservation Sign Note’. If a note is selected from the list and assigned to the room, it will print on the Reservation Signs for that room.
- Added an ‘Inactive’ column to the Room Rates program on the Facilities Setup Options menu. When assigning Room Rates to rooms, rentals, or packages, only active Room Rates will show by default.
- Added a new column to the column chooser within the Manage Facility Rentals program for ‘First Date’. This will show the first date that a rental will begin, whether it has multiple dates on the rental or not.
Memberships Module

- Added an ‘Inactive’ column to the Membership Plans program on the Memberships Setup Options menu. When using the Membership Plans lookup throughout the system to select a plan, the only active Membership Plans will show by default.
- Added new columns to the column chooser within the Membership Apply Corporate Payments program for ‘HOH First Name’, ‘HOH Last Name’, ‘First Name’, and ‘Last Name’. The ‘First Name’ and ‘Last Name’ columns are for the member’s name. If there is more than onemember on a membership, it will display the first one.
Area Rentals Module

- Improved the loading speed of the screen throughout the system in the various areas that would Add or Edit a Boat.
Reports

- Change the Reservation Signs report to print the ‘Reservation Sign Note’ for a room at the bottom of the report, if a note was assigned to that room.
- Added the Customer Company Name to both the detail and summary versions of the Top Customer Report.
- Created a new export format option for ‘CentralSquare Lockbox’ within the G/L Export Report.
ReCPro Defects That Have Been Fixed
Shopping Cart Module

- Fixed a problem with the ‘Refund’ button in the Shopping Cart that may cause the program to crash if the customer in the cart had receipt history data prior to 2012. A new field was added at that time for the Site Location and in some cases, it did not populate with data correctly during the next update, which would lead to this function not working properly.
- Corrected a rounding error when purchasing a seasonal prorated membership. For certain membership prices and number of months purchased, this could occasionally end up with a total calculation that was off by a few cents.
Courses Module

- Corrected some calculations on the ‘Estimated to Pay’ column within the Post Instructor Expenses program. When the registration type of a course is ‘Both’ (session and drop-in), and the instructor is being paid by a percentage, the calculations were not correct.
Facilities Module

- Fixed an error that would occur if the user viewed a Course or Child Care Activity through the Calendar program, and then used the ‘View Customer’ button from within that Course or Child Care Activity.
Memberships Module

- Fixed the program to refresh the database when doing a search for the active membership when a member checks in. Prior to this being done, the program could find an expired membership if it had become expired since the check-in program was opened.
Reports

- Fixed the formatting of the ‘Amount’ column in the Top Customers Report. In some cases, if the amount was $0.00, it was not displaying with the proper formatting.
- Changed the End of Year Tax Statement report in the Child Care Reports Menu to include a unique file attachment with the family ID include when emailing tax statements. Some users were occasionally getting a ‘file in use’ error, which may have been caused by all of the attachments having the same file name.
- Corrected some problems with alternate line shading in the Course Demographic Report when choosing the detailed version of the Participation Count Report option.
