RecPro Web Maintenance Release 1.39.0
ReCPro Feature Enhancement
Online Registration Module
1.39.0
- Changed the Course Registration to take into account the new time fields for when registration can begin for residents and non-residents, or members and non-members.
- Changed the Customer’s Account page to not show league schedules or list league games in the Events schedule if the new data field in the leagues is not marked to publish the schedules to the website. This will keep customers from seeing team assignments or game schedules that haven’t been finalized by staff.
- Expanded the number of years that would show for selecting the credit card expiration year on the checkout page. This was increased from 8 to 20.
- Increased the speed of selecting many open balance items to pay at one time when adding these items to the cart, and when going to the checkout page.
- Made some speed improvements during the course registration process when moving from the page where family members are selected. This became increasingly slower for families with many family members.
ReCPro Defects That Have Been Fixed
Online Registration Module
1.39.0
- Corrected an error with the registration fee for child care combos. When this was set to only be applied once, if a registration was processed and then voided, the fee would not get added again if the customer registered again.
- Made some improvements on the checkout and the creation of receipts to help prevent mismatches in data tables for the amount of the receipt, particularly when there are many line items being paid on one receipt. This would cause the Balance Register to not run until ReCPro support made an adjustment.
- Made some improvements and added another table for tracking additional data when documents are required for registration. In some cases, required documents were not being signed for certain courses, while still allowing registration.
- Improved the final step for customers making rental requests on line so the button to “Submit Request” gets disabled upon clicking it, and the request cannot then be submitted multiple times.
