• Added fields to the Defaults Setup program on the Facility tab page to allow the user to modify the section panel wording title on the facility contract (header, body, term) and facility invoice (header).

Shopping Cart Module

• Added a button to ‘Close Balance’ for Facility Rentals through the On Account tab page. This will mark an open invoice as closed and will not show their balance as being owed anywhere in the system.

Customer Module

• Changed the Enable Web Accounts program to filter records for active customers that have an email address. Added a new total to show how many accounts were enabled.

Courses Module

• Changed the Seasons program to allow entry of the time for the four different ‘registration begin’ fields and ‘registration deadline’ field.
• Changed the Copy Full Season program to allow entry of the time for the four different ‘registration begin’ fields and ‘registration deadline’ field.

League Scheduling Module

• Added a new field in the Courses program to the ‘League Info’ tab page for ‘Publish Schedule on Website’. This is a checkbox that will be used to mark when the league is ready to be shown online for the customer in their account page through the Schedule button or through the listing of their Upcoming Events.

Facilities Module

• Changed the Facility Contract and Facility Invoice forms to use the new user defined wording for the section panels on the contract (header, body, term) and invoice (header).
•  Added choices for ‘Last Changed By’ and ‘Last Changed Date’ to the column chooser of the grid in the Manage Facility Rentals program. These will be updated whenever the rental is changed or cancelled.

Shopping Cart Module

• Corrected an error with the registration fee for child care combos. When this was set to only be applied once, if a registration was processed and then voided, the fee would not get added again if the customer registered again.

Customer Module

• Fixed a problem with data changes in various grids not being prompted to be saved if the user pressed the Next or Previous buttons to move to a different customer.
